Welcome to the digital platforms of Holy Spirit Connect Ministries (HSCM). By accessing our website, mobile application, or any of our digital services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Holy Spirit Connect Ministries.

Our digital platform is an extension of our physical sanctuary. We expect all users to conduct themselves with reverence, respect, and Christian love. Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or the posting of sexually explicit or violent content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any user that violates these spiritual and community standards.

To access specific features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content on this platform, including but not limited to sermons, teachings, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Holy Spirit Connect Ministries or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or sexually exploit any content without our prior written permission.

When you submit testimonies, prayer requests, or comments, you grant HSCM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for ministry purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

HSCM facilitates giving via mobile money and other payment methods. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. We are committed to financial integrity and will use all funds for the stated ministry purposes. However, the ministry retains full discretion over the allocation of donated funds to ensure they best serve our mission.

Our platform relies heavily on WhatsApp for communication and community engagement. By using our Service, you acknowledge that your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. HSCM is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

Our ministry prays for healing and restoration in accordance with Biblical teachings. However, any information or guidance provided on this platform is for spiritual and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
