1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Holy Spirit Connect Ministries (HSCM). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you," "user") and Holy Spirit Connect Ministries ("we," "us," "our"), concerning your access to and use of the holyspiritconnect.org website as well as any other media form, mobile application, or media channel related or connected thereto (collectively, the "Site" and "Services").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these legal terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, including all sermons, articles, blog posts, text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, and computer code (collectively, the "Content"), are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

License Grant: HSCM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Representations & Conduct

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassing others, uploading malicious code, or using the site in a way that could disable or impair its functioning.

4. User-Generated Content (Testimonies, Prayer Requests)

You are solely responsible for the content you post or submit to the Site, including testimonies, prayer requests, and comments ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant HSCM a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the content for the purpose of promoting the ministry and encouraging others.

You warrant that your User Content does not infringe on the proprietary rights of any third party.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit any User Content that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

5. Online Giving and Donations

All donations made through the Site are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. We do not store your full credit card or financial information on our servers. You agree to be bound by the terms of our third-party payment processors.

6. Third-Party Websites & Content

The Site may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites"). Such Third-Party Websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
